Error en .NET

Por favor necesito ayuda en Visual Studio.NET 7
Instalo el Visual Studio, si creo un nuevo proyecto en C# de Windows o aplicación consola se crea sin problemas, pero cuando intento crear un proyecto Web de ASP.NET se doy el nombre del proyecto, presiono aceptar y me sale el siguiente mensaje:

“The default Web access mode for this project is set to file share, but the project folder at http://localhost/WebApplication1 cannot be opened with the path ‘\\FAMILIAR-KHDYSG\wwwroot$\WebApplication1’ The error returned was:
Unable to create Web project ‘WebApplication1’. The UNC share ‘\\FAMILIAR-KHDYSG\wwwroot$\WebApplication1’ does not exist or you do not have access.
What would you like to do?
- Retry using a different file share path
Location: \\FAMILIAR-KHDYSG\wwwroot$\WebApplication10 (un botón de examinar)
- Try to open the project with FrontPage Server Extensions.

Ya he intentado con ambas opciones y nada, también tengo instalado el ISS.
Por favor necesito ayuda, estoy desesperado, necesito poder practicar para la universidad.
