Windows NT - Instalar harware, sobre Nt

Alguien sabe, como hago para que Windows NT Server 4.0, detecte nuevo hardware, lo pregunto porque estoy tratando de instalar, una cámara (WebCam), con soporte USB, bajo este sistema operativo, nativamente este no soporta USB, pero baje una aplicación que supuestamente hace que si lo soporte, ahora, al instalarla y reiniciar Windows, este lo detecto, y quise agregarla yo, pero no se como, que hay que hacer, gracias, por cualquier aporte

EN EL PANEL DE CONTROL CHECA EN LA OPCION DE DISPOSITIVOS MULTIMEDIA SELECCIONA LA OPCION DE DISPOSITIVOS Y LE DAS AGREGAR, SI NO APARECE EN LISTA SELECCIONA LA PRIMERA OPCION "DISPOSITIVO NO LISTADO" TE PEDIRA EL DRIVER EL CUAL DEBE VENIR CON LA WEB CAM, SI NO ESTA BAJALO DE INTERNET BUSCANDO EL MODELO Y SE LO AGREGAS, SALUDOS
