WordPress - Error al abrir página wordpress problema steams.php

Al abrir mi wordpress tanto como admin como usuario me aparecen en la parte alta estas líneas:
Warning: fread(): Length parameter must be greater than 0 in F:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\pomo\streams.php on line 180

Sinceramente, he ido hasta ese archivo y no tengo ni idea a que se refiere. La línea en concreto es esta: return fread( $this->_f, $bytes );

Entiendo que el $this->f es lo que tiene que ser mayor que cero pero el único sitio donde veo eso es en unas líneas antes que son estas:
