AutoCad - Error en Autocad

Buenas tardes amigos de unos de los mejores de antemano agradezco por la respuesta que me puedan dar, bueno al grano abro mi dibujo con Autocad 2006 y me sale lo sgte: Newer Version AEC Objects Detected
This application has detected objects from a newer version in this drawing.
Some commands will not be available.
Save this drawing from the original application as Autocad 2000/2004 format either with AEC objects exploded or with ProxyGraphics turned on, and attach it as an Xref in order to use it as a background.
Para despues salir otro letrero el cual dice: " ARX ERROR: eDuplicateKey" y ya no puedo hacer nada, lo grabo con otro nombre y otra version y nada, este ultimo letrero me sale cuando quiero insertar algo.

Ya lo instale pero nada, o es que tengo que hacer algun procedimiento para instalarlo?

Pues tendras q descargar el hotfix, ejecutarlo y reiniciar, si no funciona, tendras q reinstalar el Autocad nuevamente.
