error correo

buenos dias
tenemos un dominio contratado en piensasolutions que no permite recibir correos de gmail, yahoo, ..... y sale el error siguiente:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [email protected]
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied (state 14).
intentamos contactar con piensasolutions a traves del helpdesk sin recibir respuesta, llevamos 3 dias con este problema y estamos perdiendo contactos con clientes y posibles ventas.
Alguna idea ?
