Probe ponerle Refresh al Formulario y al Grid y no funciona, lo hice en un Timer que cada segundo hace Refresh al Form y al Grid.
Probe tambien con la funcion
DBSETPROP('mivista', 'VIEW', 'SENDUPDATES',.t. )
