Eliminar solo filas aleatoriamente y crear nuevas matrices desde una matriz original.

Buenos días tengo un archivo(matriz), el cual adjunto, para generar nuevas matrices de misma columna(no cambia, que se mantengan) pero extrayendo solo filas (es decir extraer aleatoriamente), necesito crear un script en matlab que cree nuevos archivos (matrices) en txt, al menos 100 archivos nuevos, obviamente de menor valor en filas pero la misma cantidad de columna.

Muchas gracias por tu consejo estimado José, una última consulta, si deseo guardar esos 4 archivos como un txt es decir:
Si el original es ESTinvierno_01_DHN0612.txt que los demas archivos sean

ESTinvierno_01_DHN0612_caso1.txt
ESTinvierno_01_DHN0612_caso2.txt
.....
....
ESTinvierno_01_DHN0612_cason.txt

utilizo dlmwrite o save dentro del bucle?

puede usar cualquier de los casos, puedes revisar doc dlmwrite y doc save y ver la mejor opción.
