Problema con \bibliographystyle{}

Hola Compañeros!
Bueno estoy usando \bibliographystyle{} con "plain" y resulta que cuando un libro o artículo tiene más de dos autores yo uso "y" para separarlos en lugar de "and", el cuento es que la "y" me desordena todo, por ejemplo cuando en el archivo que llamo "bibliografia.bib" en el cual tengo esto:
@ARTICLE{Woo95,
author={WOOLDRIDGE Michael y JENNINGS Nicholas},
title={Intelligent agents: Theory and practice},
publisher={The Knowledge Engineering Review},
year=1995,
}
Me sale en el documento esto:
[21] WOOLDRIDGE Michael y JENNINGSÑicholas. Intelligent agents: Theory and
practice. 1995.
Otro problema es que el estilo "plain" no me está funcionando, puesto que tengo entendido que debe ir numerando pero las entradas deben quedar en orden alfabético y no sucede así . Otro problema es que los autores no quedan en el orden que los ingreso, por ejemplo observen:
@ARTICLE{Luc05,
author={LUCK Michael, MCBURNEY Peter, SHEHORY Onn, y WILLMOTT Steven},
title={Agent Technology Roadmap.},
publisher={AgentLink III. [on-line]},
year=2005,
note={http://www.agentlink.org}
}
Y lo que aparece es esto:
[9] SHEHORY Onn y WILLMOTT Steven LUCK Michael, MCBURNEY Peter.
Agent technology roadmap. 2005. http://www.agentlink.org.
Se supone que el primero debe ser "LUCK", observen también que aqui hay tres autores y no pone problema con la "y". Bueno la verdad es que me gustaría usar el estilo "alpha" pero ese no me muestra unos resultados entre los corchetes que me satisfaga.
Cualquier ayuda bienvenida.
