Visual Basic - CREAR ACCESO DIRECTO

HOLA OTRA VEZ! mi consulta es la siguiente, como hago para que cuando instale mi aplicacion en un pc este quede con un icono de acceso directo en el escirtorio?

Cuando hayas compilado tu trabajo, te vas al escritorio, das clic con el boton derecho del mouse y clic en "acceso directo".

Fijate con esto:
