Virus/Antivirus - ayuda prevx1

resulta que yo tenia un virus y descargue prevx1 y lo elimino el problema es que ahora prevx1 me esta causando problemas en la maquina y lo quiero eliminar...
me voy a panel de control ---> agregar o quitar programas y lo busco y le doy eliminar y me aparece otra ventana que dice:

luego dfe 5 segundos me aparece una ventana ke dice QUE EL AGENTE PREVX1 ESTA ACTIVADO
Y NO lo puedo eliminar

les agradeceria alguien me ayudara a eliminarlo si es que hay otra forma... o por la forma ya comentada

baja el Ccleaner y desinstalalo con ese programa, despues, ejecuta la limpieza de registro en este mismo programa.
