Ayuda con notificaciones Firebase

El problema que tengo esque cuando tengo la aplicacion abierta y estoy usandola el programa se cae y no recibe la notificacion, pero cuando este esta inactivo o cerrado la aplicacion generada desde la consola Firebase llega correctamente.
