Bases de Datos - Error tiempo espera en Web Data Administrator

Hola a todos. He instalado MSDE 2000 y el SQL Web Data Administrator. Me permite acceder a la instancia predeterminada de SQLServer y a sus BDs, pero cuando accedo a mi instancia personal y selecciono una de las bds que trae por defecto, me da el siguiente error:
