obtención Www-authenticate: Negotiate Kerberos

Hola.
Mi duda es si se puede obtener mediante una llamada a alguna API, la cadena en base 64 que se obtiene a la hora de solicitar un servicio, mediante una negociación con el protocolo kerberos, lo que viene después del Www-authenticate: Negotiate
