C/Visual C - problemas al crear dll -URGENTE

Me sale ese error al compilar,...como solucionarlo???

Es posible que uses un dll donde se encuentra esa funcion y no allas definido su file lib en:
Projects->Settings->Link->Objects/Library Modules.
Recuerda tambien que hay algunos componentes de funciones API de Visual C que aparte del #include tambien se necesita definir su file lib.

I des de la linia de comandos es posible hacerlo?????
