HOLA, YA HE RESUELTO CASI TODOS LOS PROBLEMAS DE LOS QUE LES HE PREGUNTADO, Y ME HAN AYUDADO LOS QUE ME CONSTESTARON, GRACIAS.
BIEN, AHORA MIS PROBLEMAS, COMO HE APRENDIDO UN POQUITO SON UN POCO MAS COMPLICADOS.

A AVER, TENGO UNA LISTA DESORDENADA, CON <UL><LI></UL>, BIEN, EL PROBLEMA ES QUE QUIERO QUE UNA TABLA ME APAREZCA DENTRO DE LA LISTA, ASI
* ELEMENTO 1
* CABECERA1, CABERA2
CELDA1, CELDA2
* ELEMENTO 3

PERO EL PUNTITO ME SALE AL FINAL DE LA TABLA ASI:
* ELEMENTO 1
CABECERA1, CABERA2
* CELDA1, CELDA2
* ELEMENTO 3

QUE PUEDO HACER PARA QUE ME SALGA COMO DEBERIA DE IR.

Mira estuve probando a obtener lo que querias y lo mejor que se me ocurrio fue usando 2 tablas:

<UL>
<LI>Elemento 1
<LI>
<TABLE width="20%" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<TR> <TD>  <TD> 
</TABLE>
<TABLE width="20%" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<TR><TD>  <TD> 
</TABLE>
<LI>Elemento 2
</UL>

Pero tiene sus inconvenientes:

1) las tablas se ven separadas (aunque no se ve mal)
2) El puntito no se ve en netscape, en I Exploiter si se ve

Espero que te sirva, si no otra respuesta que se me viene a la mente es que le des un <BLOCKQUOTE> a la tabla, crees listas abajo y arriba de la misma y buscas el codigo del puntito. El punttito lo pones dentro de una celda de la tabla.
