Java - Duda sobre como recorrer un vector sin indice //doubt about how to traverse a vector without index

Buenas tengo una duda ya que me han mandado que recorra un vector sin indice y de forma recursiva, y con la funcion de java Arrays.copyOfRange , alguien me podría decir como lo puedo hacer.Gracias y un saludo.
