Estimados estoy creando aplicacion de escritorio en java pero me sale un error que dice :
uses or overrides a deprecated API.
Recompile with -Xlint:deprecation for details.

alguien me podria ayudar...

Daniel, cómo va?

Eso suele ser un Warning, y no un Error. Tu aplicación debería compilar bien, pero te informa que estás usando algún método o clase deprecated, es decir, que quedó en deshuso y no es recomendado (como el .toGMTString() de la clase Date).

Si tu app te tira un BUILD FAILED fijate que es otra cosa, no por usar métodos deprecados.
