Tengo un problema, tengo una aplicacion web, con apache y con tomcat, y me esta tirando este error!, (YA TENGO MYSQL LEVANTADO EN LOS SERVICIOS!!!) pero si bajo el apache y lo vuelvo a subir, me anda!, PORQUE PUEDE SER????
