Linux - [No Funciona Elantech Touchpad] [Ubuntu]

Hola, hace días me pase de Windows a Linux (uso Ubuntu) me ha encantado!, pero tuve un incoveniente con el Touchpad trate de solucionarlo pero no lo he podido lograr, trate de todo desde ejecuciones en la terminal hasta con porgramas externos.
Antes con windows el touchpad funcionaba bien sin porblemas solo le instale Linux y dejo de funcionar es como si no lo reconociera.
¿Alguno de ustedes me podría ayudar?
