Linux - Locales en debian

Tengo mis locales setiados, pero siempre cuando hago algun apt-get install ******** me aparece esto:

Primero, no se por que me sale el :
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

Si segun mi dpkg-reconfigure locales, nunca le puse C, sino que tengo marcado...
[*] es_ES.ISO-8859-1

y el default es
es_ES.ISO-8859-1

Sin embargo esos errores... alguien me puede ayudar? soy chileno
